• 1.1 "Services"means professional cleaning services provided by Precision Clean Texas, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.

• 1.2 "Service Area"means Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas where Precision Clean Texas provides cleaning services.

• 1.3 "Booking"means a scheduled appointment for cleaning services, confirmed through our booking system.

• 1.4 "Service Provider"means the professional cleaner or cleaning team assigned to perform the Services.

• 1.5 "Property"means the residential or commercial property where cleaning services are to be performed.

2. Service Booking and Scheduling

• 2.1 Booking ProcessServices must be booked through our official website, mobile application, or authorized booking platforms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

• 2.2 SchedulingWe will provide a scheduled time window for service delivery. While we strive to arrive at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to adjust timing due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• 2.3 Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Service Delivery and Quality

• 3.1 Service StandardsWe commit to providing professional, thorough cleaning services using industry-standard practices and eco-friendly cleaning products when possible.

• 3.2 Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers must ensure the property is accessible, provide necessary access codes or keys, and secure pets during service delivery. Customers should remove valuable items and personal belongings from areas to be cleaned.

• 3.3 Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange for a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

• 4.1 PricingService pricing is determined by property size, type of cleaning required, and specific service packages. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change with notice.

• 4.2 Payment MethodsWe accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is typically processed at the time of booking or upon service completion.

• 4.3 Additional ChargesAdditional charges may apply for extra services, difficult-to-clean areas, or excessive mess beyond normal household conditions.

5. Liability and Insurance

• 5.1 Insurance CoveragePrecision Clean Texas maintains comprehensive liability insurance and bonding for all service providers. Our insurance covers accidental damage to property during service delivery.

• 5.2 Damage ClaimsAny damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate and address legitimate claims promptly.

• 5.3 Limitation of LiabilityOur liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured by the customer.

6. Privacy and Security
